Advisor to President Crow

Dr. Minu Ipe serves as the Knowledge Enterprise Architect for ASU. In this role, she is responsible for providing leadership and direction for the design of the Knowledge Enterprise. Minu’s efforts are based on a long term view of the institution, focusing on strengthening ASU’s capacity to advance its mission in a sustainable, agile, adaptable and self-propagating manner. To accomplish this goal, she works closely with senior leaders to promote design capabilities within units, embed innovation more deeply into ASU’s culture, and develop a cadre of leaders across the institution who can champion ASU’s ideals well into its future

Prior to this role, Minu was the Faculty Director of the Working Professionals MBA programs at the W. P. Carey School of Business. Working with faculty and staff, Minu helped these programs remain agile and responsive to changes in the economy, as well as student and employer needs. Minu is also a co-founder and steering committee member of ASU’s Leadership Academy, an innovative year-long program that develops leaders and multi-disciplinary research teams. In addition to her work at ASU, Minu has over 15 years of experience designing and delivering leadership and business education programs for private, public and not-for-profit organizations.
