Community Engagement Resources

Community Engagement describes the collaboration between institutions of higher education and their larger communities (local, regional/state, national, global) for the mutually beneficial exchange of knowledge and resources in a context of partnership and reciprocity (Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching). 


Internationalization Resources

Internationalization in higher education includes foreign languages; study abroad; international education requirements in curricula; institutional partnerships; international awareness; international faculty and students, and so on.

Sustainability Resources

Sustainability has been defined as: “development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.” - Brundtland Report 1987 “Sustainability is a way to grow and prosper while reducing the stress on the planet.” - Michael Crow, President, Arizona State University

Organizational Design Resources
